Data Broker Removal in the Client Portal
We added a dedicated path inside the Comm-Breakdown client portal so every client can open Data Broker Removal from the dashboard. If the service is not yet on the account, they see a short overview and links to learn more or purchase. Purchases from the portal receive an automatic 5% discount (applied before any coupon). Checkout captures how they heard about the service—friend referral, search, social, coupon campaign, or other—with conditional fields so attribution stays meaningful. After purchase and email verification, the full removal dashboard unlocks on the same login; existing portal clients are linked to their current account instead of receiving a duplicate profile. Feedback submitted from the program page is stored with strong encryption for product improvement.
