Comm-Breakdown has strengthened the Support Messaging System that notifies on-call contacts when Sales Support messages arrive. This update focuses on clarity, continuity, and calm call handling—without changing how customers leave a message.

Accurate local-time envelope announcements

Voicemail envelopes now announce the deposit time in Pacific local time, including correct daylight-saving behavior. Recipients hear when the message was actually left—not a shifted clock reading.

Prevention of duplicate delivery calls

The platform enforces a single active delivery session per recipient destination. If a contact is already connected to a Support Messaging call, the system will not place a confusing second call to the same phone for the same session.

Intelligent in-call notification

When a new Sales Support message arrives while archived messages are playing, the active call receives a short in-call chime and clear choices: listen now on the same call, or send the new message to the next contact on the list.

Continuous archive playback

After the interruption is handled, archived playback resumes at the next unplayed message. The experience stays continuous rather than restarting the archive from the beginning.

Controlled escalation and resilience

Next-contact escalation is controlled and repeat-safe. Operational recovery is improved so temporary interruptions do not permanently suppress future legitimate delivery.
