2. Device Security Check
Our Device Security Check (available at www.comm-breakdown.com/preview/iphone-security-check/) is a tool provided to help our technicians assist you with device checks.
- Purpose: You may use it when directed by a Comm-Breakdown technician to run automated checks, follow manual steps, or request a screen-share session so our technician can perform the check for you.
- Your use: You agree to use the Device Security Check only for its intended purpose and in connection with support provided by Comm-Breakdown. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the tool or associated support tickets.
- Screen share: If you request a screen share, we may provide a secure meeting link (e.g., Jitsi Meet). Your use of that link is also subject to the third-party provider’s terms. We do not record screen shares unless we separately inform you and obtain your consent.
3. Support Tickets and Messaging
When you submit feedback, contact forms, or support requests (including through the Device Security Check or client preview support widgets), we create support tickets and may exchange messages with you.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the support system only for legitimate support and communication with Comm-Breakdown.
- Replies from us may be delivered to your client portal or preview site; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- All communications are encrypted and private between you and Comm-Breakdown as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Client Portal and Accounts
Use of the Client Portal and any account-based features is subject to these Terms and to any separate agreement or terms presented at registration or login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any non-public data
